10/10 recommend! Great experience, customer service and billing team. I love Dallas Dental Concierge! I’ve been a client since 2015 and have referred multiple friends to their practice. The team ensures you feel comfortable during any service from cleaning, to crowns/root canal, Invisalign, etc. As someone with cavity prone teeth, Dr. Christian is wonderful and communicates what fixes are priorities vs what can be delayed/prolonged. The front desk staff is knowledgeable and clearly communicates all estimates, breakdowns, etc. so you can properly schedule if you need to save/budget for procedures. Building access is easy, parking is easy and the staff sends reminder confirmation texts and voicemails so you know where you’re going within the building. More
This office comes highly recommended! I moved from Chicago last year and needed a new office for my dental care. Fortunately, my sister, who is a dental hygienist, did some research for me and found Dallas Dental Concierge! The whole team at Dallas Dental Concierge is amazing. They are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I can honestly say that I look forward to my quarterly cleanings 😁. Dr. Christian even recommended my new favorite pizza place in Dallas! More
I visited today, and oh my gosh literally one of the best dental place I ever visited!! I’m pretty sure I was scheduled for a deep teeth cleaning, and when I was finish, my teeth have never looked this neat before. I went home telling my mom how great this place is. I can’t remember the two ladies name were but they were so kind and patient towards me. I like the fact one of them who was working on me gave me some headphones to listen to music, which made me less focused on what’s happening, and also how they were so kind to give me and my sister these gift bags of dental products + FREE SUNGLASSES!! And they showed me a new proper brushing routine, I’m going to start brushing that way now. You guys are the best!! :) More
